Shadow Shot Sunday #140

g'DAY ALL

Here is a pic from one of the earlier gliding days in December 2010. Gloomy sky with beautiful couple of rainbows and a shadow of the tree to the side. Taken with my mobile nokia n95 5mpixel, wish I had my 14mpixel cam on me to take this shot, would have been ace. I just love this photo....just beautiful :) Especially rainbow over the mountain and the title on the shed.

Visit Tracy at Shadow Shot Sunday for her collage of shadow shots from previous entries and join in the fun on Sundays.

cya and enjoy your day/night

oh and by the way I have decided to make the Between Meal Centerpiece that I mentioned in the previous post. Crochet with 1.75mm hook, super saver crochet cotton equv. to 4ply in white. I am currently on round 10 just about to start that round, looking good and easy to follow pattern so far. I have also included this project on Ravelry (https://www.ravelry.com), you can find me under MonikaCrochets

Fabulous countryside shadows. And the rainbow is a special added treat.

Oh.....and since I love to crochet, I must say I love your afghan header.

IF SHADOWS COULD TALK

If shadows could talk,
Just what would they say?
If you listen close,
You’ll hear them, you may.
Shadows do chatter
And gossip and talk
In the store windows,
Along the sidewalk,
Over the mountains,
On prairie and plain,
Begging for sunshine
And not days of rain;
Emboldened by light,
The stark shadows say:
“We’re out for a lark,
Please join us at play!”
